Apple Music has been investing a lot of money into original content and documentaries are the wave. Danny Brown is the latest to get one of his own, going back to his hometown of Detroit in Live At the Majestic. The trailer for the upcoming film (above) starts with Danny on stage embracing his fans and calling them family, before getting turnt up in front of the Majestic Theatre crowd.
The clip also shows fan opinions on his music and how it has touched them over the years. From his introspective side to someone describing him as “a like a meteor just felt out the sky and just laughed.” That’s a good way to put it.
Danny Brown: Live at the Majestic is directed by Andrew Cohn and will be out on Apple Music on November 7.
