YG Inks Joint Venture with Epic Records for his 4 Hunnid Label

Though YG has been in the headlines for his breakup with Kehlani and other legal troubles, he’s still making moves. His latest is taking his 4 Hunnid label to Epic Records, who will market, distribute and release everything from the independent label moving forward.

His first order of business: breaking LA’s up and coming female MC Day Sulan.

Here’s what YG had to say of the new move:

“Me and my team have been doing innovative, legendary stuff for years—helping keep the West Coast alive. Now, Epic comes through at the best possible time with a platform for our expansion. I’m proud of this opportunity and will make the most of it.”

Be on the lookout for more from YG and his label all of 2020.
