EXCLUSIVE: An Alleged Free Agency Tampering Investigation in the Works Against LeBron James-Affiliated Klutch Sports

Why would Marcus Morris fire Klutch Sports? 🙃

Two years ago, the NBA launched an investigation on Rich Paul’s Klutch Sports agency to prove that LeBron James wasn’t financially involved. The NBA forbids any active player to manage fellow players in the league, which started the investigation in the first place.

So, LeBron can only support his best friend as a worker; as well as Klutch Sports athletes on the Los Angeles Lakers (Anthony Davis, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Talen Horton-Tucker and possibly Kyle Kuzma, who fired his agent last weekend). A few days ago, Klutch Sports Group partnered with UTA for global branding of the sports company.

While everyone was sucking dick celebrating, for whatever reason, a major story went under the radar and wasn’t discussed by Undisputed or First Take. Marcus Morris fired Rich Paul and Klutch Sports last week, after inking a deal with the New York Knicks.

The veteran forward originally agreed to a two-year, $20 million deal with the San Antonio Spurs and was set to join the Greg Popovich squad. However, the Knicks magically freed up cap space and inked him to a one-year, $15 million-dollar contract. In the midst of getting that contract, reports surfaced Morris was offered a three-year, $41 million deal from Los Angeles Clippers and was ALLEGEDLY advised to not accept the deal.

Beforehand, Morris was also ALLEGEDLY not told about the full contract details from his former agent and ALLEGEDLY had no idea about the final offer. Morris turned down the deal and was ALLEGEDLY told that he would receive a better offer, which wasn’t the case.

This would’ve put him on the rival squad of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, who pose the biggest threat to LeBron James and his possible dynasty.

We find it hard to believe that Klutch Sports would go out of their way to sabotage the Los Angeles Clippers, considering LeBron is always looking to play the best competition in the league. Like, why would they cater to one athlete 🙃 and not the entire brand of players signed; it just doesn’t make any sense that those good people would actually do that and miss out on major commission.

Marcus sat down with Oakland’s The Athletic for damage control about Rich Paul allegedly telling him not to take the deal saying, “That’s not true. He never told me not to take the deal. For as long as I’ve known Rich — and that’s someone I have love for and that’s still my guy — he has been great in terms of advice. He told me he wanted me to take the Clippers deal. He gave me advice.”

Well, we’re still trying to figure out why he would gamble with New York Knicks and not accept the guaranteed money in Los Angeles. After firing Rich Paul, we’re doubting that he’ll have that same offer at the 2020 season next summer.

We’re hearing that an ALLEGED league and private investigation from other teams is going on right now, which is focusing on the Clippers offer and Morris abruptly firing his agents. It’s unclear if the investigation is being spearheaded by Steve Ballmer, billionaire owner of the Clippers, who’s now working alongside Jerry West and Doc Rivers.

However, other owners, who were aware of the Morris deal, ALLEGEDLY made a pact to not give him the same type of deal he was looking for elsewhere. So, by not accepting the Clippers offer AND San Antonio after, this screwed up his chances at a big contract this summer and possibly next summer again.

Considering Marcus still hasn’t ALLEGEDLY informed the Clippers why he turned down the deal or the reasoning for firing rich Paul last week, that led to the full investigation of ALLEGED corruption.
