2013 NBA Playoffs 1st Round Preview

(1) Miami Heat vs. (8) Milwaukee Bucks
Season Series: Heat 3-1

Lets start with the defending champs. The crew in Miami goes up against the Milwaukee Bucks, in a series that (on paper) seems like it won’t be that competitive. The Heat have been rolling this year, winning a crazy 27 games in a row, at one point. The Bucks have some nice talent in Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis but they are not built like a team that can keep up with LeBron James and the ‘Big Three.’

LeBron has arguably been playing the best basketball of his career and proved last season that he can take over an entire series. The real question for the Heat throughout the entire playoffs will be if Dwayne Wade can step up and is healthy enough to take over a game in a series if need be. In the end we don’t see this game going more than 5 games, more than likely ending in a sweep by Miami.
