2013 NBA Playoffs 1st Round Preview

(4) Brooklyn Nets vs. (5) Chicago Bulls
Season Series: Bulls 3-1

Now this is going to be a classic series. Both the Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls have had very interesting seasons that have led to this point.

The Bulls have rallied around their squad and made the playoffs despite not having Derrick Rose the entire season due to injury. It took them a while to hit their groove but as of late, they have been hitting from all angles. They have had their offensive struggles at times but always remained one of the better defensive teams in the NBA.

The Brooklyn Nets started the season a little shaky, then hit their stride and never looked back. Behind the leadership of Deron Williams and Joe Johnson, they have the talent to make a deep run in the playoffs.

From what we know about these two teams, this series is going to be very physical and most likely go 7 games. But who will win? This might be the toughest series to call in the East and will come down to who stays hot on the offensive side. We see this one siding with the Bulls in the end but could absolutely go either way.
