Remember when the NBA started an All-Star Draft to switch things up when it comes to the game? Once they did, they missed the mark by not televising the draft between Steph Curry and LeBron James. This year they’re rectifying it by putting it on TV on TNT for the world to see.
Considering James was the highest vote getter this year, he got the first pick against Giannis Antetokounmpo in the first round. Giannis will get the first pick in the second round and LBJ will have the first in the third.
The storylines can go a number of different ways. Will LeBron pick Kyrie Irving or Kevin Durant to try to recruit them to the Lakers? Will he pick Anthony Davis so we can get a preview of what the summer may look like?
Giannis said he wants to pick Steph Curry first and round out the rest of his squad with young and hungry players. How will it go down?

One of the funniest moments was when Giannis called LeBron out for “tampering” once he picked Anthony Davis in the second round.
