What really happened to Blake’s hand?
With the second half of the 2016 season nearing, Blake Griffin’s month-long break away from the team is likely to extend another thirty days. Following his partially torn quad tendon last December, the co-captain of the Los Angeles Clippers will need a few more weeks to heal his body.
Reports surfaced earlier this morning, that star power-forward returned home from the team’s five-game road trip, after suffering a fracture in his right-hand. The team is describing the incident as an undisclosed team-related incident, which Blake possibly has a broken hand.
Since his Christmas Eve exit, Los Angeles surprisingly went 12-3 but won’t have that same luxury of playing below .500 teams in February. While the Clippers don’t want to reveal exact details, this looks to be either a fight with a teammate or him punching a fire extinguisher out of frustration.
Let us know in the comments what you think and whether or not this involved Lance Stephenson.
