Kaep is back as 49ers starting QB
The San Francisco 49ers are making a change at the helm and Colin Kaepernick is set to make his first start the team since November 1st of the 2015 season, overtaking Blaine Gabbert as the starter.
The 49ers are off to a 1-4 start to the 2016 season, and are left with no choice but to let Kaep prove his worth. Since the preseason, Colin has been under much scrutiny following his protest to not stand during the United States national anthem.
Chip Kelly announced today that Kaepernick would be the man leading the offense week 6 against the Buffalo Bills. The team is coming off a tough loss at home last Thursday night against the Arizona Cardinals, a game in which the fans were chanting for the team to put the QB in the game.
With a tough schedule ahead of them, San Fran is looking to turn it all around and have a little hope that the star quarterback could play a big part in that.
