Saturday evening, the Yankees played host to their current 3-game weekend series opponent, the Cleveland Indians. While the team had a monstrous game on Friday night scoring 10 runs, they went ice cold last night in a losing effort against the long-time American League rival.

During the loss, Jeter recorded his 3,431 career hit in the sixth-inning, following an infield single off Cleveland’s ACE starting pitcher, Corey Kluber.
