Dwyane Wade Notches Triple Double In Final NBA Game of Career

The last dance of Dwyane Wade‘s career in the NBA was certainly memorable.

In the final game he will play in the league, Wade County scored a triple double in a defeat against the Brooklyn Nets. Though the Miami HEAT were battling for playoff positioning, at least it was memorable for Wade. He finished the game with 25 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists on the night, as his Banana Boat brother crew of LeBron James, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and more looked on.

All three were courtside for Dwyane’s farewell game, watching notch his first triple double of the season and the fifth of his career.

It meant a lot for his best friends to be there in Brooklyn watching on:

“Obviously, it means a lot [to have them here]. They know that I will always be there for them, especially in a moment like this. No matter what I’m doing, I will be there for their last game. It was cool to see those guys over there. I’m glad they came, but at the same time I wish they weren’t here because the whole time they kept telling me to shoot, shoot, shoot. But it was great. We’ve got a brotherhood. Those are my brothers.”

It was a fitting ending to a Hall-Of-Fame career. Long live Wade County.
