ESPN Conversation With LeBron James

ESPN’s Rachel Nichols sat down with LeBron James for a brief convo. In this clip, LeBron James speaks on Kevin Durant being his biggest motivation as the two expect to see other again in the Finals not only this year but multiple years to come. With the Thunder and the Heat playing the prime-time game on Christmas Day, OKC’s had that date pinned on their schedule since the start of the season.

The two also went on to speak about the Lakers slow start this season which LeBron compared to his 2011 Miami Heat team which they started off slow as well which talks around the NBA world began to speculate whether the trio of LeBron-Wade-Bosh could gel. With time and chemistry built they would go on to win a title which LeBron expects Kobe and Dwight to be successful together during their stay in LA.

In closing, Rachel mentioned his coach, Erik Spoelstra saying that defending the title would be the hardest professional task he would ever encounter with Miami being the number one target. LeBron finishes talking about his versatility not having a definitive position anymore as after their 2011 loss to Dallas, Spoelstra felt he wasn’t using him right which is how they managed to win the title last year.
