Is he playing? Is he not playing? Ezekiel Elliott‘s NFL has been a play of tug-of-war between the Dallas Cowboys and NFLPA and the NFL, at this point.
Today, according to a U.S. District Court Judge in New York, it was found that the case was subject to judicial review. At that point, it would be meaningless if he served the suspension when it was being reviewed.
This comes less than a week after the a panel of 5th Circuit Judges sided with the league and said his suspension was warranted and could be effective immediately.
The case is now in New York pending review, so this story is still developing.
So, the Ezekiel Elliott case is now in its third state, five judges have weighed in and his six-game suspension remains on hold. pic.twitter.com/e0R8AxFimu
