Jon Jones Calls Out Brock Lesnar after Destroying Daniel Cormier

A Negative times a negative = a positive

Last holiday, Brock Lesnar was fined $250,000 and suspended by the UFC for two years over failed drug tests. The former Heavyweight Champion of UFC is currently living a comfortable life in sports entertainment, performing on a part-time basis as the brand’s Universal Champion.

However, last week in media runs, Jon Jones said he would be interested in fighting Brock Lesnar. Bones went to say, “I would love to fight Brock Lesnar. He’s a massive dude, it would be a massive draw, really big for the sport. It would be a great challenge. That’s a big old boy.”

Well, the Beast accepted his challenge saying, “Would I fight Jon Jones? Anytime, anywhere,” following a recent interview with The Associated Press. Well, Jon destroyed his opponent last night, Daniel Cormier, regaining his UFC Light Heavyweight Championship, in a third-round knockout. During the post-fight interview, Jones said “If you want to know what it feels like to get your ass kicked by a guy who weighs 40 pounds less than you, meet me in the Octagon.”

It’s unlikely that this fight will take place before next summer at the earliest, as Lesnar’s current WWE contract runs through next April’s WrestleMania. With Ronda Rousey also rumored to be making plans of becoming a WWE talent in the coming months, we’re expecting a talent exchange deal between Vince McMahon and the powers that be of UFC.

Take a look at the final moments of the fight below as well.
