DUNK IT OLD MAN!
For much of the year, people have been questioning if Kobe Bryant is even the same player we’re used to seeing on the basketball court. He’s shown glimpses of it here and there throughout the year, especially the past few weeks, after his horrible start.
On Thursday night, the Black Mamba came back for a quick second against the Sacramento Kings, soaring down the baseline and picking up a sweet alley-oop from Jordan Clarkson.
DeMarcus Cousins actually pointed him out and told someone to watch Kobe, but nobody picked him up and he had a clear lane to the basket and went untouched for the dunk. Even though the Los Angeles Lakers were on the road, the crowd was pleased with that play.
Bryant led the Lakers with 28 points in a losing effort, while rookie D’Angelo Russell finished with 27 points of his own, as well as 4 assists.
