While the Lakers continue to make strides for that 8th and final playoff spot left in the NBA’s Western Conference, Kobe Bryant took time out of his busy schedule for a sit-down with Mr. sports-talk personality himself, Jim Rome.
The Black Mamba discusses the circus season the Lakers have had to deal with, from the firing of Mike Brown (and not hiring Phil Jackson), to bringing in Mike D’antoni —who’s had to adjust his system— having two star-caliber big men in Gasol and Howard. He also touches on Howard’s adjustment to second largest market in the states and his relationship with the Buss family in comparison to other Laker Hall of Famer’s.
The interview airs tonight at 10pm ET/PT on Showtime. Watch a few more previews of Kobe’s talk with Rome, after the jump.
