This Is What LeBron James Told Lonzo Ball After Cavs vs. Lakers Game

The speculation around the NBA for months has been which team LeBron James will be playing for if he ever leaves the Cleveland Cavaliers again. The Los Angeles Lakers have been a name tossed around out there, as have the Houston Rockets (as of late), the Philadelphia 76ers and New York Knicks.

Regardless of what he’s planning on doing, King James has been very supportive of Lonzo Ball and his game in the media, and had some words for the rookie after the Cavs played the Lake Show last night. Of course, his mouth was covered by his jersey, so nobody could hear what he told him.

Was he confirming his move to Los Angeles? Was he just offering words of encouragement? Did he give him the grand master plan? Nobody knew.

When he was asked in a post-game interview, James said he told him nothing.

Thanks to the power of the Internet and NBC Sports, someone has uncovered the audio of their conversation, although some of it is unclear to hear. Here’s the gist of it:

Find your zone and just stay f—ing locked in. The media is going to ask you what I told you right now. Tell them nothing. Just be aggressive every single day.

It’s white noise to you. That’s all it is. Alright? Let’s go.

So there you have it. Let the LBJ to LA speculation continue.
