Jeremy Lin will have to miss the remainder of the regular season due to a torn meniscus. In early February being a last resort for much needed scoring in a Knicks offense, former coach Mike D’Antoni inserted Lin into the lineup and Linsanity was born. Averaging 14 points & 6 assist a game in just less than two months of play; Lin brought relevance to New York City basketball and gave Knicks fans hope. If the current playoff seeding is the same in 3 weeks, the Knicks will have to play the No. 1 seeded Chicago Bulls . Keep hope alive Knicks fans.
Surgery is set for some time this week.
