Ex-NBA star Michael Beasley broke down crying while talking about trauma he’s faced as a professional athlete, including telling a story about his own mother allegedly stealing from him.
The one quote that stuck out to us the most from this conversation was Beas saying, “I’ve been trying to find good people for so long. I’m tired, bro.” The former no. 2 overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft (behind Derrick Rose), was joined by Ryan Clark, Channing Crowder, and Fred Taylor on The Pivot Podcast.
The conversation essentially went from an interview to an intervention, as Michael Beasley revealed that his kids are the only people in the world that have never stolen from him.
