Today, the NFL released their schedule for the upcoming 2012 season. The season it set to kick off September 5th, as the defending Super Bowl Champion NY Giants play host to the Dallas Cowboys. Also a first this year, Thursday Night Football which was previously limited to only the 2nd half of the season, will be expanded to the start of the season. Lastly, fans will get their first taste of Mile-High Manning as the Broncos host the Steelers September 9th. This national televised game on NBC will mark Manning’s first game in over 20 months.
