In last year’s NBA season, only overshadowed by LeBron James finally capturing his first ring; we witnessed the birth of the global phenomenon “Linsanty”. The former Harvard star went from being a bench-warmer to a household name in just under 2 weeks leading the Knickerbockers to a 7-game winning streak.
Contributing to sold-out arenas both home and away as well as having the highest demand for merchandise, Linsanity became the talk of the NBA season and probably will be the sports story of the year. Knicks owner James Dolan declined to match the Rockets offer for Jeremy Lin last week as he’s headed back to his former team.
