Lin-Line: 38 points, 7 assists, 2 steals
Possibly the best and most memorable game of the year as Jeremy Lin outplayed the Black Mamba scoring a career high 38 points giving the Knicks their fourth straight victory. Telecasted nationally on ESPN, Madison Square Garden hadn’t been that loud in over 20+ years as Linsanity instantly became a household name in the NBA world. Lin came out gunning scoring 12 of the first 16 Knick points to give his team a 10 point lead as they never turned back. Before the game, Kobe was asked if he knew who Lin was and he said, “He’s heard of him”. After being outplayed by the Yellow Mamba, Kobe would definitely never forget who Lin was now.
