Carlos Gomez’s home run count has jumped in the recent years and boy are we glad his power has finally begun to show. When he’s not the cause of bench clearing brawls, he’s showcasing his power at the plate and making sure you know how good he is. One of his earlier bombs in the season came against the Pittsburgh Pirates Charlie Morton, where Gomez crushed a 457 ft shot deep into the bushes out in center-field.
