The 2012 NBA Playoffs Are Now Live!

Let the games begin.

There’s 4 games slated for the inaugural day of the 2012 NBA Playoffs, first starting with the Bulls and 76ers live now on TNT. Immediately following that game on ABC 3:30 PM (ET) will be the start of the long awaited rivalry revival as the New York Knicks and Miami Heat square off. Proceeding the Heat/Knicks will be the sleeper (literally, fall asleep) series of the first round as Orlando Magic face the Indiana Pacers. The Magic are expected to be with Dwight Howard the entire playoffs, and maybe forever.

The Last game scheduled for today’s big day will feature the confident, but not cocky Oklahoma City Thunder as they face the defending World Champion Dallas Mavericks. This game is scheduled for a 9:30 PM (ET) tip-off on ESPN. Last year in the Western Conference Finals, Dallas eliminated Oklahoma City in 5 games. This year with more experience (and no Chandler), Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook look to make the next step and advance to the NBA Finals. Unlike the Orlando Magic series, this is actually a sleeper series IMO.

Win or Go Home!
