2K Sports Confirms Our Previous Report About their PS5 & Xbox Series X Football Game

where the hoes at?

Earlier this year, we reported how NFL 2K games would be presented, after Take-Two Interactive announced their official return to football.

After the good folks of Electronic Arts secured another extension for NFL team exclusivity, 2K Sports managed to get a license with the NFLPA. As part of the deal, the names, numbers, images and likenesses for over 2,000 current NFL players will be featured in their upcoming games.

As we’ve already explained, the upcoming next NFL 2K, will use elements of NBA 2K’s MyCareer set-up in their upcoming release. Game modes for MyCareer featured are: Pro-Am, Park and Rec. You won’t be able to play in an official NFL stadium; as they have multiple football games in development right now. An NFL Blitz-styled game has been confirmed by gaming publications.

We’re waiting for an NFL Street-styled title be revealed behind-the-scenes. However, we expect the official relaunch to be focused on NFL 2K MyCareer Builder; where gamers will be able to create their own player and team up with friends.

Look for 2K Sports to share more information on their pending releases after the outbreak is sorted.
