It’s finally here. Sledgehammer Games has revealed the first trailer for Call of Duty: WWII, which will see the franchise return to its original World War II roots in a game that’s been two years in the making.
The two-minute trailer looks like a welcomed return to the game longtime fans know best, showing in-game footage of the story and a glimpse of what the gameplay will be like. As for the story, the description reads: “Play through the story of ordinary men turned soldiers in the 1st Infantry Division as they fight to preserve freedom in the face of tyranny.”
Call of Duty: WWII will be released November 3rd on PS4, Xbox One and PC, but a pre-order of the game will provide access to a private beta before then.
