The Grand Theft Auto community on PC has been the most loyal fan base out of any platform GTA IV released on by far which is why I’m (we’re) still puzzled we have to suffer and play on GTA V on Xbox 360 and PS3 with no PC version of the game announced yet. ICEnhancer is a legal PC mod that gives the GTA IV liberty city a graphical overhaul that makes the 2008 title look like something we would see on “real” next-gen consoles. In the clip above we see the latest enhanced alpha version of Liberty City which will hopefully be available in the near future before GTA V releases in the in the spring.
