It’s been nearly 11 years since the we’ve played a new Devil May Cry game. Luckily, with Capcom waiting until most developers figure out how to make the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro properly run 4K gameplay like PC, the title is on pace to releasing next spring.
This week, the 2018 edition of Gamescom went down in Koelnmesse, Cologne, Germany – as many gamers from across the world got their hands-on upcoming titles not named Red Dead Redemption.
Below, is a 15-minute video, giving a first look at final gameplay in 4K, 60-frames-per-second on the X console. Unfortunately, the journalist playing the title kind of fucking sucks, so there’s no visibility of pause combos – but it’s the best footage we’ve come across from any writer.
