The biggest craze of the moment, Fortnite Battle Royale, is officially coming to mobile devices.
Epic Games is bringing the game to both iOS and Android, which will be the same version as the as the current 100-player game on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Mac. Cross Play and Cross Progression will be supported, which means you’ll be able to play with friends across all devices (except Xbox One).
“We believe this is the future of games,” they say. “The same game on all platforms. Console quality graphics and action. Play when you want, where you want.”
From Monday, March 12th, you’ll be able to sign-up for the Invite Event on iOS, with email invites being sent out shortly after. As for Android, the game will be rolling out in the next few months.
