GTA V Radio Stations: Our Favorites

grandtheftautov

One of the more enjoyable parts of Grand Theft Auto (besides running people over, stealing cars, blowing up helicopters and picking up prostitutes) has to be the radio experience when you’re cruising through the streets. Each radio comes unique with its own special playlist that can make missions that much more enjoyable.

To date, Vice City might have had some of the most epic stations of all time, but we’ll never forget the Stretch Armstrong and Lord Sear on Game Radio for GTA III or Julio G’s Radio Los Santos in San Andreas. The music in GTA is always unmatched and for the fifth installment of the game, they made sure Los Angeles was represented right.

Whether it’s Big Boy’s updated Radio Los Santos, or DJ Pooh’s West Coast Classics, there are some gems on the airwaves for Grand Theft Auto V, and the rap stations aren’t all of it. They also sneak up with Pam Grier and Bootsy Collins on their respective radio stations and send it back with a solid ’80s station manned by Kenny Loggins.

We’ve only played the game for a day and a half, but our clear cut favorite Grand Theft Auto V radio stations are already on deck and bumping. Shoutout to the Flying Lotus radio station too, which we would have added, but his new album isn’t on Spotify.
