Electronic Arts Sports has revealed their official soundtrack for their upcoming return to the virtual hardwood, with NBA LIVE 14. Brooklyn mixtape DJ extraordinaire MICK (formerly MICK Boogie) will be returning to series once again for his 20th anniversary with the franchise to package a collection of beats the ballers can enjoy out on the court.
In comparison to previous releases, the game will stay up to date with the hottest records past the launch in 12 days from now and correlate with the constantly updated gameplay mimicking its real life counterparts. The soundtrack has features from Pusha T, Action Bronson, Danny Brown, Diplo, Major Lazer, Sleigh Bells, Skaters, and Flosstradamus among others; so theres a nice balance of hip-hop, dancehall, indie rock, EDM, and trap.
After the jump, you can view the full soundtrack; along with a new trailer revealing the ESPN commentary team of Mike Breen and Jeff Van Gundy, updated colorways daily, roster updates on the fly, haircuts, accessories, gear and basically any changes. We really like the direction the NBA LIVE series is headed for better competition!
