3D Blu-rays on PlayStation VR
Arguably one the most overlooked features this generation has been PlayStation VR. The pricey peripheral has been an under-achiever for the masses, but has provided our best experience on current-generations to date. If you own a PS4, purchasing a PSVR device may be necessary down the line if you’re a fan of the 3D side of things. Although we’re waiting for an eventual price drop next fall, Resident Evil 7 on VR may be our favorite title on any system at the moment.
However, Sony has now extended value for the device, adding 3D Blu-Ray support to its system. That’s right, fans of movies like Avatar, The Hobbit, Suicide Squad and Dr. Strange will be able to experience some of the biggest release of the last decade in privacy.
