the sequel to The Last of Us is happening!
Saturday afternoon, Sony held their holiday PlayStation Experience keynote, and closed out the event with their second biggest title on PlayStation 4 to date. Naughty Dog shocked all when The Last of Us: Part II was officially unveiled, as the original cast of Joel and an older Ellie were showcased in the sequel to the 2013 classic. With Joel still playing guardian angel, Ellie is out for revenge this time and is taking no prisoners. Unfortunately, there was no release date announced, but we’re expecting some more updated news to surface next summer at e3.
