The 8-episode first season coming early 2017!

Although X-Men: Apocalypse is the number one film in the world, 20th Century Fox and Marvel Television has announced plans for an official spin off series, Legion. FX Networks has picked up the live-action show, which will consist eight total episodes for its freshmen season in early 2017.

David Haller, the son of Professor X, will see his story told on the small screen, which gives a look into his struggles with mental illness. After spending years in-and-out of psychiatric hospitals, after being diagnosed as a schizophrenic, David has a strange encounter with a fellow patient – which confirms the voices he’s been hearing all along are will. After you take a lead star Dan Stevens, assuming the role of Mr. Haller, look for more details to surface before the end of the year.
