Beyoncé Was A Category On Jeopardy

The homie Alex Trebek welcomes BEY to Jeopardy!

Hip-Hop & R&B’s splash onto Jeopardy has been very noticeable over the years. From previous JAY Z and Cam’ron mentions on the show, we’ve seen dedicated categories to both music categories on the world’s most popular quiz game show. If you remember earlier this year, we were introduced to Rapmaster Alex Trebek and a 1990s dedicated rap category, filled with multiple references to the greatest contributors to the genre.

Queen Beyoncé took things a step further, with her own solo category for a recent episode – as competitors answered questions from her lengthy career in the mainstream dating back to 1997. We just wish it was sexy Rosie Perez (see: White Men Can’t Jump) was one of the contestants buzzing in for more intensity.
