In a recent conversation with Talib Kweli, DMX got emotional in the first ever reveal of what lead to his addition to harder drugs. He went to reveal that his rap mentor laced a blunt with crack, which DMX saw he wouldn’t do to his worst enemy.
The Yonkers legend opened up on how drugs were not his real addition and cited child hood issues were the main cause of his depression. X went to say his upbringing wasn’t the best and said he had to deal with things now as a wiser man.
