Next year, he’s taking over the movie game again. He’s got Bad Boys 3 on deck and the new Disney Aladdin movie in the tuck. Today, Entertainment Weekly has released a preview of what we can expect from the Disney remake, with Will playing the genie.

As far as his character in comparison to Robin Williams in the original:
“Robin didn’t leave a lot of meat on the bone with the character. I started to feel confident that I could deliver something that was an homage to Robin Williams but was musically different. Just the flavour of the character would be different enough and unique enough that it would be in a different lane, versus trying to compete.”
