McGregor is set to invade dem thrones!
In comparison to previous years, HBO is beginning the next season for Game of Thrones for the summer – unlike spring premieres we’re accustomed to. With details and storyline progression being held tight so far, news has emerged regarding the latest edition to the fantasy drama.
According to Northern Ireland’s Sunday Life imprint, UFC lightweight champion, Conor McGregor has agreed to appear in the upcoming season for an unspecified role.
HBO is planning to stretch season 7 with two parts, so it’s unclear whether the UFC King will invade the seven kingdoms next summer or in 2018. If you remember last year, McGregor was seen sparring with show character, The Mountain, in a clip that surfaced online.
