One of the most enticing mystery thrillers set to arrive in 2014 looks to be Gone Girl, which was directed by the man behind the likes of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and The Social Network, David Fincher.
Starring Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike and Neil Patrick Harris, the plot follow a similar path to Gillian Flynn’s novel of the same name, with a girl disappearing on the date of her wedding anniversary, and focusing on the emotional impact that stems from the situation. Notable names include Reese Witherspoon with work in producing the film, along with Trent Renzor taking charge of the original score.
The movie will be in theaters on October 3rd.
