All things must come to an end and HBO’s Ballers is not exempt. The sports drama starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will retire with its upcoming fifth season. The Rock confirmed the news on his Instagram, thanking everyone for their support and for creating a platform for people to be recognized.
Though this is news to us, according to The Hollywood Reporter, this decision was made months in advanced and everyone knew in preparation. The producers of the show wrote and made the season with this thought in mind.
