In two weeks, season three of HBO’s popular comedy-drama series GIRLS will be making a return during January. The latest trailer opens up with Hannah’s obsessive compulsive disorder shown at a local diner with boyfriend Adam present. Her friends soon analyze the little success they’ve had professionally following college, but remain optimistic for the future. While Hannah is still dealing with a complicated book publication (and working at Ray’s coffee shop), she seems to have found a home that will help her career and become a published writer.
Marnie and Shoshanna are shown having confusion in the relationship department with current significant others; with Jessa trying to cope through a recent divorce. Although Donald Glover (Sandy) won’t be returning, Andrew Rannells character Elijah Krantz should be seeing more time on the GIRLS screen this season following the cancellation of The New Normal.
