The beard joins the Kardashians at Adidas!
Last week, Adidas made a bold move offering James Harden a jaw-dropping $200 million offer. While Nike had an entire week to match the offer, they have officially decided to let the beard walk and join the three stripes. His rumored girlfriend, Khloe Kardashian teased the news a few days ago on her Instagram account, as Harden is set to see an official signature line with the company. After nearly losing Kevin Durant last year to Under Armour, they decided to toughly part ways with the Houston Rockets superstar shooting guard.
As U.A. surpassed them as the second-largest apparel company behind Nike, Adidas will be looking to rejuvenate the brand with their latest acquisition. With Derrick Rose, John Wall, and Damian Lillard not providing a spike in sales during recent years, Harden immediately becomes the NBA face of the brand, as Adidas will look for a resurgence from the Houston Rockets international fan base built from previous superstars of years past.
