How much could Jimmy Fallon and Denzel Washington really have in common? To kick off the sit down with Mr. Washington last night on The Tonight Show, Jimmy claimed the two are actually connected, eventually saying that they’re brothers.
While obvious reasons immediately diffuse the possibility of Fallon and Washington being siblings, the pair of celebrities do in fact have some similarities. Jimmy’s uncle, Kevin Fallon, played basketball at Denzel’s alma mater Fordham University during the same stretch the Academy Award winning actor was enrolled. It seemed like the two of them could sit and talk basketball related topics all day as they strayed into conversation about LeBron James and Shaquille O’Neal.
