Kanye West & adidas wed for life?
Following successful releases of the YEEZY BOOST 350 and 750, Adidas has announced a long-time partnership with its new face of the company, Kanye West. The new deal between the German company is being presented as their most significant partnership with a non-athlete, as the YEEZY brand (we’re assuming) has surpassed any financial goals that were previously set in place during.
The main takeaway from this the new marriage between the pair, is the opening of multiple co-branded retail stores around the world, as well as tapping superstar athletes to have their own rendition of Yeezy sneakers in the near future. It’ll just take one to jump on board, though.
Both sides plan to extend their focus for sport and street options, with the introduction of performance-intended designs. Regarding the next chapter of his collaborations with the company, Kanye said “These past two years adidas and YEEZY have given a glimpse into our future. This partnership illustrates that anyone with a dream can dream without limitations.”
As fans await the retail release dates for his YEEZY Season 3 collection, look for updated renditions of the YEEZY Season 2 Boots and Boost 750’s are at stores throughout this summer.
