Sunset. LOGAN. 3.3.17.
With Marvel and 20th Century Fox both keeping quiet on details pertaining to the upcoming 2017 release of Logan, long-awaited spoiler news has surfaced. An unidentified source has told TheWrap that Ryan Reynolds has shot a scene for the new Wolverine film – as Deadpool.
It’s unlikely that we’ll see the raunchy anti-hero in the upcoming R-rated film; but it’s being reported that he’ll have a post-credit scene, which will likely continue to 2018’s Untitled Deadpool sequel.
With the tenth installment in the X-Men film series set to invade theaters next March 3rd in IMAX, look for an imminent trailer featuring more footage by Valentine’s Day.
Update
Director James Mangold and Ryan Reynolds both took to social media to shoot down rumors of Deadpool appearing in the upcoming movie.
Sadly, not true. Prisoner 24601 is on a solo mission. https://t.co/5czBmMRfY1

No. I want a Deadpool/Wolvie film. But Logan is its own unique & perfect thing. The Big Red Shit-Talker wouldn't mix with the tone. https://t.co/35WpEJLJ10
