Get ready for Scarlet on Cinemax!
A few days ago at the ATX Television Festival in Austin, HBO announced a new partnership with Marvel Entertainment to produce a new live-action series for Scarlet. Brian Michael Bendis, who co-created Netflix original Jessica Jones and PlayStation Network exclusive series Powers let the news slip when talking reports. He went to say, “I do a book called Scarlet which is soon to be announced also in our universe of television. Not announced yet, but HBO.”
While the upcoming series in its infantry stages of development, HBO will premiere it on their subsidiary network, Cinemax, which we’re assuming will be a test run for future series if they decide to change the direction of the platform in 2018 after Game of Thrones is completed.
