Another Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice preview is coming next month!
In a few weeks, the 46th edition of Comic-Con will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in Southern California. With phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe beginning on July 17th for Ant-Man, Marvel Studios has unfortunately declined to make an appearance at the convention.
This means fans who were planning on seeing a first potential teaser of their 2016 summer blockbuster Captain America: Civil War will have to likely wait until the fall for a first look. Sony Pictures and Paramount Pictures have also decided to skip this year’s show, citing their film cycles don’t correlate with the event on July 9th.
With Disney planning to show off their new Star Wars, as well as Lionsgate showcasing the final Hunger Games, fans attending Hall H presentations will be seeing a large promotion from Warner Bros. and DC Entertainments upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Flash and Aquaman. The big rumor of the event is the possibility of an X-Men project being shown, but the Justice League collective will be generating the most attention.
