Only a week removed from Avengers: Age of Ultron, the majority of the script for Captain America: Civil War has reportedly surfaced online. Set one year following the events of Ultron’s attack, a user on 4chan claims to have read the entire script for Civil War and reveals massive spoilers for the mega superhero film.
While Tony Stark is contemplating retirement for good, Captain America is now the leader of the newly revised Avengers collective of Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, War Machine, Falcon and Vision. With a goal set out to find Winter Soldier, help Nick Fury and take down HYDRA – the script leak reveals the likes of Spider-Man, Black Panther and the recently announced addition of actor Martin Freeman to have major roles within the film.
Aware of the unfortunate leak, Marvel revealed Freeman would be joining their Cinematic Universe for the battle between Captain America and Iron Man next year, but didn’t specify which character he would portray. Following the success of their $200 million box office hit Avengers 2, Marvel Studios has just piloted production for their Captain America 3, which is set to have shooting on location on Atlanta, Germany, Puerto Rico and Iceland.
