Coming this holiday!
If you binge-watched The Defenders this weekend, the debut trailer for The Punisher surfaced in the end credits. Last year, we were first introduced to Frank Castle in Daredevil season 2, as he and Matt Murdock engaged in some insane fight battles. However, The Punisher is set to have his own breakout series this holiday, when Netflix launches the big show.
Prior to this weekend, the only way to watch the trailer, was in the season finale of The Defenders in its post-credits. In the video above, we get a montage look of images from Castle’s former life, including Karen Page starring alongside for his inaugural season. The series is rumored to premiere late November, but we’ll have to wait for Netflix to make an announcement for now.
