With his album being No. 1 on the Billboard charts this week, Meek Mill is on a high right now. Though he’s been on plenty of outlets speaking on the music and his quest for prison reform, the topic has also allowed him to visit platforms that rappers don’t usually touch during their album campaigns.
Last night, Meek went up to The Daily Show to talk to Trevor Noah about an array of topics.
The two spoke on how it felt to be in jail, giving a voice to those who don’t have one, his case and why he was in jail in the first place and some of his suggestions on how to fix the justice system.
They also chopped it up about the music, which Noah said was “fire” and had “bangers.”
