Another week at no. 1 for ‘Suicide Squad’ this weekend?
Over the last three weeks, Warner Bros. and DC Comics have enjoyed box office success with their comic-book film, Suicide Squad. The project has garnered over $500 million in revenue at cinemas around the states and is approaching $1 billion before the month’s end.
With the final weekend of August here, we’re treated to indie-releases from the past 6 months, including one stand-out action-adventure and another horror-thriller gem that’s on our radar. Fall semester is in for the kiddies, so a few of our older readers will finally get to enjoy a less over-crowded experience at the theaters, with peace and quiet.
